Not thorough, unsure diagnosis
I read about the great reviews about this company so I got them to check my dryer but I was extremely disappointed. Aside from being so late, he wasn' thorough. He did the basic check of opening the machine and told me he can't say for sure if its the motor, the pulley or the belt so he recommended that I replace ALL. He quoted me around 1K which is already the cost of buying a new machine so I decided to get a second opinion. When I went for second opinion, I was told that it was just the pulley so now its fixed. Oh and when the 2nd tech checked it, he saw that the lid was ajar because 1 one of the screws at the back was missing. JK tech did not even bother to put it back.
