I first met Ward in my capacity as Facilities Director for our community league. His company Efficient Energy Solutions Inc. was chosen over others who also bid on the project as he brought enthusiasm and patience as he explained our many options between the different Napoleon brand furnace models. So when I recently took possession of a previously owned home that came complete with an original furnace from the 70s (along with a slightly newer; but outdated hot water tank) I did not hesitate to call Ward expecting the same level of service he provided our community league. As anticipated Ward explained my various choices and broke the pricing down so I could make a clear decision. The installation was neatly done including all the new piping required and both the furnace and hot water tank were replaced without a single issue. Most importantly he was able to accommodate my need for a speedy replacement of both the furnace and hot water tank, for the price he quoted, and my house is being warmed by a significantly quieter furnace.
