An absolute TERRIBLE company with TERRIBLE customer service!!! We hired these duct cleaners to clean the ducts in our home, after reading the great reviews they received. Mahen gave us a window of time for the technicians to arrive, which was 1-4pm....they did not show up until 8pm!! They did not have the curtesy to call us to let us know they were running late. I had to call the company on two occasion to find out when they were coming!! Mahen told us over the phone that they would be at our house by 5:30pm...no one showed up. I called Mahen back and he then gave me the number for the technician, Navlin, who told us he would be at our house between 6-630pm. They did not show up until 8pm!! When they finally got to our house they spent maybe 1minute on each vent. I had to call Mahen while the technicians were at our home because I was so upset with the customer service. He told me he would call Navlin to give us a discount on our service. He called Navlin and basically told him that nothing could be done, which Navlin told us in return. Navlin told me that if I put my hand in the vents they would be spotless----FALSE. There was still debris in the vents. Navlin didn't even put the vent covers back in place after he was done! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! They completely wasted our time and money.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and wanted to do some small renovations before we moved in, which included removing the ugly popcorn off our ceilings! We read some great reviews on Tyler and his team at Stucco Dr and decided to give them a call. We are so glad that we did! Within 4 days we had all the stucco on our main floor and the hallway on our upper floor removed, plastered, sanded and painted to perfection! Tyler was professional, kind, respectful and extremely easy to work with. We have already highly recommended Tyler and Stucco Dr. to our family and friends...and now are highly recommending him and his team to those of you online looking to get your own popcorn ceilings removed!
