Absolutely horrible and overpriced services for very minimal effort. They were in my condo for approximately 25 minutes and left stains. They told my landlord that the stains were not removable. I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed them out on my own after being told this, because I didn’t believe it. When I asked them about this they said they weren’t surprised they came out, as the solution they put on works for 1-2 days. That statement completely contradicts their previous statement about the stains not being able to come out at all. It also shines a light on the fact that they did not put effort into the 183.75 dollar job, and during this response they offered nothing to make up for the poor work they have done. Very disappointed.
