Should have trusted my instincts. Late or missed every meeting before installation. Good product (available elsewhere), but, extremely poor coordination and medium quality installation. Bottom line is go with Bruce but be prepared to hound him to the end. Very frustrating experience.

Good service from the beginning and pleased with the shingle work, however, trying to arrange for the completion of the simplest of trim work (approximately 9 months and counting now) has become beyond frustrating. Follow-through is severely lacking.
