Exemplary service from the estimate to the installation of a new furnace. Right away, the service person identified issues from previous incorrect installation of our tankless water heater from another company. The company left us 3 small electric heaters to keep us warm. Within 2 hours of the inspection of the old furnace, we received by email a written evaluation of the issues and a quote for a new one. Jake very patiently answered all our questions. When we decided to get a new furnace installed, all the paper work was done online very quickly and a crew was scheduled for the next morning. They showed up on time and were very courteous. Ashok and his team did a fantastic job; they went above and beyond our expectations. We love the new furnace and we highly recommend this company.

Discovered 2 years after window installation that no caulking was used in any of the 3 windows resulting in leaks from rainfall. The mechanism on all 3 windows also stopped working within 4 years after promises from the company about the reliability. Contacted them and never had any response.

Always great service. They installed my gas dryer 2 months ago and fixed our refrigerator today. Prompt with appointment time and accurate with the cost. Pleasure to deal with. Would recommend anytime.

Fantastic service. Daily updates by staff and contacted by lead guy (Archiel) at beginning of, during and after installation was complete to make sure that we were satisfied. Totally professional. We also used them to fix problems created by a previous window installer who was not very professional. They arrived on time and cleaned any area that was used for installation. All companies should have this kind of customer service and workmanship. A+++++++

Called Sears Home to fix furnace that needed a new part (I already knew which part as it had to be replaced 10 years earlier). Repairman gave estimate but was pushing for me to buy a new furnace and would not seem to take "not interested at the moment" for an answer. Anyway, he said he would be back the following day with the new part which he verified was available. Two Days later - still no repairman and it is cold outside. I call repeatedly only then to be told that the part is not available and the fee for the home call would be refunded. I call another company who fixes the furnace and gets the part from exactly the same supplier as Sears Home. Sears Home clearly did not want to fix the furnace since I would not buy a new one from them. Furthermore, they attempted to charge me for the home call and it took 4 calls to get the charged dropped. Promptly cancelled my Sears card and will not be buying anything from Sears again.

Worked diligently and completed the job within the time they had specified. Totally professional and explained in detail the job and the problem they could not fix. Would definitely hire again.

Glen & his partner were exceptional. Totally honest about the work that needed to be done. Started when promised and finished earlier than stated. Four other households in my area have used Castlerock Masonry as well. I wish all contractors were this conscientious.

Good work but it took them 3 days to finish a 4-hour job. Arrived the first day and worked for an hour and disappeared. Second day - they decided it looked like rain and left - of course, it never rained. Finally finished the third day after arriving 4 hours late.

You get what you pay for. Had the paint removed from bricks on my house. Could only get 2 estimates and other contractors were busy. This contractor did not cover the windows, etc with plastic - there was dirty water, paint, paint remover etc everywhere - through my windows, through my neighbour's window. He warped my front door and did not clean up anything. Broke my water hose. He removed paint off my neighbour's deck and front door It took 2 days to clean up his mess. I am very lucky that my neighbour was kind and I fixed the damage. Do not trust this guy with anything. He also had the nerve to call me later and ask if I wanted him to repoint the bricks.
