FIrst visit, one technician kept us busy with his personal life story, while second technician pretended wotking, everything done in less then 45min. Next day we started looking at the return vents, furnace and found out that nothing was done. Called back and asked for another crew to come. They came after one week, did the duct cleaning but no AC coil cleaning as they pretended that they are not qualified for. I called again, the Service Manager Jason, who will never return the calls and the dispatcher who hanged up the phone so we ended up paying 219.00 dollars for a job that has never been done. Please never use them or watch the crew.
