Samson and co were wonderful to work with, professional and courteous throughout my dealings with. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of (due to nature of business) but he always got back to you. I had a washer/dryer where the dryer component was not drying very well. The first diagnosis did not correct the situation. A part was ordered which cost quite a lot but in the end would've been necessary in the long term as the old one was in bad shape. He did come back and we managed to find a solution. At the time I was moving, and I appreciate the fast response as I needed the appliance to be repaired in leiu of the new tenants moving in. Also he takes the time to explain what's happening and was very patient and waited to make sure it worked properly.
