My family and I left our house in North Vancouver where I was born and raised to Surrey to be closer to my work. I purchased one of the Essence Townhomes and thankfully I am very pleased with my purchase. When I was first considering my purchase I was quite concerned with the square footage, because I previously lived in a single family home however, my family and I are shocked at how comfortable and spacious our place feels due to the usability of the functional layout. Moreover, I am impressed by the quality of the finishing that is not too often seen in such entry level townhomes we get complimented on our home all the time. My love for my home grows more everyday 9 months later! Thanks to everyone that made the move so smooth for us.
