I found Reliable via Homestars and got a callback eerily quickly - within a minute - such that I almost questioned whether it was possible that someone called me so quickly. I spoke with Ozan, who gave me a very reasonable quote, so I asked him to do some other additional work while at my unit. He arrived not only on time, but slightly early, and had everything done on time as well. During the installation of my toilet, he found some issues with the building's pipes, as well as an uneven floor. He educated me on what to look out for, and then found a solution around these problems. I'm very happy with Reliable and will definitely be calling them again.
