Serge cames through again when we sustained damage from the latest floods resulting in the soffit and eavestrough being torn off the front of our house. He was prompt in his response and was able to have the job done within a few days of starting. He was very helpful in his recommendations and in his assessment also noted that our downpipe were clogged. He cleaned this as well as our other eavestrough on top of the agreed work. Serge always puts the interest of his clients first and guarantees his work 100%. I would highly recommend him (as we continue to go back to him for future jobs!).

Serge is wonderful and a trustworthy. We meant to write a review when he did the job last year but didn't get around to it. He was reasonably priced and very professional from the initial meeting and throughout the job. We had a problem with water running over the guttering and he was the only one who figured out the problem... probably because he was the only one who was willing to climb a ladder and look at it close up instead of from the ground. So recently we found that the water was running over again and I sent Serge an email. He showed up the next day, fixed the problem and told us to contact him if there was any further problems. This is what I call customer service and I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
