Don't buy anything from this company if you expect any follow up customer service and don't pay them until you are satisfied with the finished product. In 2016, it took them almost 5 months to fix up deficiencies after the installation of our flooring. I've been calling since October, 2017, to get them to repair flooring that is separating in my kitchen and can't get a response. I don't appreciate your response on Homestars. At no time did you indicate we were beyond the warranty timeline stated on your contract. Also, at no time did I refuse to pay for the repair services even though this was never requested. I still need the floor repaired. If you stand behind all of your products and workmanship then return my calls to discuss the repair.

At Floor Coverings International, we warranty our workmanship for 1 year. This job was completed and paid in full on Jan 21, 2016. Warranty work was completed in July of 2017 - even though this was beyond our one year warranty guarantee. An additional site visit was done in Oct 2017 to look at the LVP that had separated due to moving your fridge. I did advise to use sliders to avoid further damage to your floor. We stand behind all of our products and workmanship and believe we have done our due diligence on this matter and gone over and beyond our warranty timeline stated on our contract.
