Extremely poor quality service and nasty attitude when called back for warranty repair work. Complained to BBB and they only fixed a small area of the problem. Stones are now loose and falling off the stairs and the mortar is crumbling so badly that the area is dangerous and cannot be used. Contractor is very rude on the phone. When reached via email they make appointments they don't keep Only recourse might be to take legal actions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! To make it worse, they scammed a senior citzen (my widowed Mother).

We are not sure how you have come to this conclusion about our company.
Over the years we have been fortunate enough to establish a client base that consists of over 2700 customers. To this day we maintain a credit rating with the Better Business Bureau of A+. That is the highest rating you can achieve. We did not get that by ignoring our clients. If you or your mother had a legitimate complaint it would have been taken care of promptly. The only reason this would not have happened is the warranty information stated on our contracts or misuse of the products.
If it was not covered we would be happy to take care of any concerns at cost.
