The experience was enjoyable with no hard selling as to "My product is better than the competitors" usual dialogue. Tom outlined in complete and understandable information the features,benefits and overall quality of his product. He was very clear on the installation process and was most timely on all aspects of the job. I would be very happy to recommend him and the product. Because I have a 3 door garage with only 2 automatic openers ,Tom improvised a process for me to manually open the 3rd door. Tom is a good salesperson but more importantly has very good communication skills and interpersonal attributes.
