I needed a pressure washer for clearly a frozen drain line in the winter. The service was good and the price was comparable to other stores. I found what I needed and the quailty of the product was good as well.

Around our tub was starting to mold and so my husband had to re-caulk it. It was just a simple thing and he was in and out of the store within 15-20 mins. He didn't really need any help from anyone and there were no lines at the check out so it was fast and easy.

Our kitchen did not have a back splash and as a result mold was starting to grow around our sink. We have never tilied before, but wanted to do it ourselves to save money. We bought the cheapest tile we could find and some other things we needed as well. We had to ask a friend over the phone while in the store what we needed as they recently did the same work in their kitchen and knew what to do because we could not find someone to help us in the store. All the employees were busy with other customers. It was very frustrating.

We needed a new dead bolt and handle for our front door. My husband knew what he needed, but they didn't have the right part he needed, so he had to purchase a handle that wasn't what we wanted, but we needed one right then and there. He had to go back a few weeks later and return the one we didn't like for the one we did, but it all worked out in the end.

We needed new lights for our condo and went to Rona to buy them. We found it very hard as no one helped us or offered to help us. I didn't know which bulbs to buy and had to search out someone to help us. The lines were also very long.

We bought a deep freeze from Future Shop. They came to our house and delivered the freezer. It did take a while for the freezer to come in from the store, but once they delivered it the guys were very nice. They tried to put the freezer in the basement, but it wouldn't go down the stairs so they took it up without complaint and put in the garage for us. Very good service.

Our kitchen faucet was not working and it kept stopping the flow of hot water every couple of seconds. I got very fed up and Mike from Auction Auger put in a new faucet for me with a sprayer. I love it and am very satisfied!
