Philip is great! Our downspout flowed into our main drain and we needed to disconnect and cap it. He was quick to respond with a quote after asking for some pictures. He also proposed a unique solution of attaching a hinge to the downspout since it needed to drain out the backyard but would be crossing a walkway in our backyard before hitting the grass and therefore be a tripping hazard. The hinge lets us bend up the downspout when we need to move around in the backyard. We'll definitely use him to get our eaves cleaned in the spring!
