Chris and Guy returned my call within a half hour. They showed up on the same day within 2 hours of my call on New Years Eve. The other companies I called scheduled an appointment 3 days away and advised no one would show up on New Years Eve. Well Chris and Guy did. I was in a panic realizing a mouse was in our home.
