Ed and Paul were terrific - they came right away, and did their best to remove a ridiculously oversized fridge that was bigger than the door it had to go out of. They tried literally everything. They were professional, great to chat with, and helpful. We managed to get the fridge out the following day (demolishing part of a wall) and they came back the next day to pick it up, no extra charge.

Glad it all worked out! Crazy how difficult things are to remove sometimes but this happens if changes have been made after appliances were put in. Hope the demo was not too bad.
