I thought they were going to be a good place to get my Arian snowblower services. They are an authorized dealer so they should know what they are doing. Sadly they over commit and the customer looses out. What I was quoted as being 3-4 weeks turned into 7. When I finally got the snowblower back, I filled the tank with the special gas for snowblowers they sell as I was told it will extend the life of my unit. Sadly for me it didn't snow for another 5 weeks, but when it did, all the faults became obvious. The gas tank seemed to have a leak in it, so the snow blower wouldn't hold fuel. And when you did try to run it, the engine turned over but ran very rough and about 1/3rd the power. (actually it turned out to be the carburettor gasket they replaced improperly). Cliffs doesn't take responsibility for their shoddy work and stuck me with the cost of getting fixed. They are horrible for giving information about what they are doing. Won't return phone calls and your left to hound them til they respond. I should have taken more note to the sign inside their shop that says Cliffs takes no responsibility for any equipment left for repair. I guess that extends to any work they do as well.

The tree in our backyard had never been pruned by the original home owner. There were large branches that crossed over into our neighbours yard that could do some serious damage if they broke. After the ice storm it was clear to see that these branches were likely to break in the next few years and could end up costing quite a bit in repairs. Called up Taylor and he came out right away and assessed what needed to be done. Very easy gentleman to talk with, and gave some very good suggestions as to what needed to be done, now and what should be considered for the future. A week later they called up and arranged to come out and do the work. Very safe and professional in the work done. Cleaned up after themselves and now I have a great looking tree again without the fear it will crack and take out my neighbours car and garage.

Brain came out when I was looking for a quote. Took the time to go over the options with me and gave me a written quote over email that night. Was very pleasant to deal with. Phoned me to ask if he could move the appointment ahead 1 day as it was scheduled to rain on the booked day. I was OK with that. He arrived with on time and went straight to work. They were very professional and answered any questions I had as they worked away. Cleaned up after themselves that is very nice. The work for great. My new water heater is running perfect. I now have gas to my garage for a heater unit. Would recommend them without hesitation

It took a bit as we had a week of bad weather that put them behind. The crew came in and ripped off the old shingles and installed new. Some damage to surrounding tree's and my patio awning. They left shingle cutoffs inside the garage eavestrough. Had billing discrepancies from the original quote (that was fixed when I complained). Roof didn't get registered with GAF. But it does look good and it doesn't leak.

The real estate agent recommended this store as we were looking to stage our townhouse for sale. The original builder carpets were not is good shape and the house needed new ones. The sales man showed up with 4-5 sample carpets and we chose a Berber style that was neutral and gave a deposit. As we were looking to re-sell, we needed the carpets installed right away. They said there was no problem getting them installed by the end of the week. On Wednesday, they called us up to say that the manufacturer had not yet shipped the carpet and they would not be able to install on the Friday as booked, but maybe on the Tuesday the following week. Sorry, NO, I am listing the house and need the carpet installed on the Friday as agreed. They did offer to use a different carpet that they had in stock,. I don't know if it was a better or worse carpet, but I was in the bind. The installers came in on the Friday, and ripped out the old builders carpet and installed new ones. At first glance, they look fine, but if you get nit picky, the carpet has a pattern on it, and you can see that two of the 3 rooms, the carpet was not put in square to the walls. The pattern is not parallel to the wall, rather it's off by 5-6 degrees. Not something you'd notice right off, but once you realize it... I must be OCD.
