The worst company ever !!! They won't fix anything!
My parents called these guys because their dryer broke on Christmas. They took $80 to come out and look at it but apparently their fee doesn’t include diagnosing what is wrong with the appliance. This fee is just for them to come out and look at the dryer. Sadly, I am not joking. If you want to know what is wrong with the dryer they cannot tell you because apparently the $80 dollar fee is just for showing up. So my parents asked Igor the repairman if he can fix the dryer and he said that he might be able to but they have to pay $360 dollars. He said that he might order some parts but he will let them know ahead so they can decide if to do it or not. They felt uneasy as he was brash but wanted the dryer fixed so they agreed. After exactly 9 minutes of ‘work’ he said the motor is busted and said he must order a new one for $750. A brand-new dryer and WASHER cost $1,000 so this is outrageous and unreasonable. It actually shows that they NEVER had the intention of fixing the dryer at all. We are $360 short and no working dryer. I called customer service and talked to the most condescending customer service person named Elona (after getting hung up on by customer service agent Stephanie). After repeated phone calls she finally offered a ‘goodwill’ discount of $75 but has not actually refunded ANY of the money yet. This company makes their money when people like my mom find them on google without checking the reviews. They charge this quick ‘hit and run’ fee counting on the fact that there is always new people searching on google. They have no intention of ever actually repairing your appliance as that would take time and money. They should be shut down. None of the reps or the repair man would give their full name and Elona said the owner is not involved in the business and you cannot ever speak to him. It is too late for us to get our money back but hopefully this review saves one person from making the same mistake.
