Plus Genesis is cashing the post dated cheques for a yr. of $165.91 every month now 3 months. Was suppose to service 2x's a yr. Oct. & in the spring, have not done that yet. Can't get a hold of any of the 4 phone numbers I was given...It's like they took my money & disappeared. Lawyer was to cancel my pre-existing contract with Reliance & Reliance is still wanting me to pay them for a furnace I no longer have from them...
