Mike contacted me in response to my service request. The quoted price was higher than other quotes, but I felt comfortable when I spoke to Mike who came to see the work. They were available as per my time requirement and showed up on time and did the work to our complete satisfaction. They accommodated an extra request that we had. I will use their services again if I need it again. Keep up the great work Mike and team!

Let me start by saying this is the best company I have interacted with. They have done the work to my 100% satisfaction right from site preparation and cleanup. I had floated a service request on Homestars and Anthony from this company responded and came to see the work. He is a man of few words, but very knowledgeable and gave me the feeling that this company will do a great job. I awarded the contract to Exotherm. Anthony kept in contact with me as the work progressed. They removed the attic insulation, put spray foam in the garage walls and in the attic and then topped it up with blown-in insulation. We also got them to drywall our garage and living room ceiling. Their company staff are prompt, professional, dedicated, no-nonsense workers and they knew what to do. I must mention their staff Adam and Courtney for their exceptional work. The days were very hot and the attic was sizzling, but they kept working non-stop. I am more than pleased with this company and the work they have done for me. I recommend them for quality insulation and drywalling work. You will not be disappointed. Anthony would drop in regularly to provide updates and to check the work and support his staff. I am glad I chose Exotherm. Your organization will do very well, keep up the dedication and good work.

I posted a service request here for rewiring my home and bringing it up to code. I was very impressed with Eugene and the go-getter attitude he showed in addition to assuring me that he knows his work. I had provided him a detailed list of the work that was to be done and he quoted his price based on the work. After engaging him, he always showed up on time and did the work as required. There were drywallers working in the house at the same time and he was very accomodating to work with the schedule of the drywallers so that the overall work could progress on time. I dont know how many other service providers would have done that. He threw in many complimentary upgrades and did the work to my complete satisfaction. In fact, he completed all the additional last-minute changes that I asked him for. I am a tough person to please on work and I am really satisfied with Eugene and his company's work. He brings a lot of energy and excitement with him and has a very positive mindset which will help him succeed in his business. He stood apart from others in his work and I will surely engage his services if I have a requirement again as I know it will be done well, with a smile and great attitude. Thank you Evolve.

Vail & Co responded to the service request. Rebecca made an appointment for Bryce to come in to take a look. I admire one thing most about each visit that they came right on time (up to the minute) respecting my time. The quote was higher than what I got from other two vendors, but Bryce seemed very knowledgeable. The work was scheduled for May 30. Rebecca kept in touch with me about the upcoming appointment date. On the work day, they were all there on time at 7AM, finished the work, cleaned up, and left by 1PM. I found a few small issues with the work that was done, but they came back promptly the next morning at 7AM and fixed the issues within 90 minutes and left. Professional, on-time and knowledgeable, is how I will describe them. I will hire them again for another work for sure and recommend them.

I posted this work and got an immediate response from Jay. He made himself available right away to clear snow from our two properties. Sure enough, the work was completed within 90 mins of initial discussion. Quick, polite and satisfactory, is how I will describe my experience. - Sheldon

This is my third new home and by far the worst. Extremely poor workmanship, work seemingly done by amateurs, poor tiling work, shoddy paint job, lousy varnish, rough doors. The house was closed in an incomplete state and we had to take possession as it is. The pain started from there. Now we found that there was no control or management oversight for the construction. We had to get everything done by staying at home from work. The work had to be supervised as their only contractor is lousy and total waste of time. The garage doors system seems like used stuff and second hand, I had to replace them at my cost. Two garage walls are not even insulated. When a I wrote to them, they will refuse most things by saying it is our standard. You cannot get past these guys or get any work done from them. It is impossible to convince them about some shortcoming in the house, they will find a way to justify it and NOT do it. Don’t buy their houses. Speak to more houseowners who are victims and then Decide. I will NEVER buy a Fridel/Woodland Home. My ensuite is cold and I will have to pull my hair out to get this fixed by the builder.
