We have been dealing with pre-lock for over 25 years and have always been very happy with the service and product. We upgraded are entire alarm system recently and are thrilled with the new features. We would highly recommend pre-lock for your security needs.

Pinnacle Home Environment has very qualified technicians working for them. The gentleman diagnosed the problem very quickly and the repair was done within the hour. Even the office called me after to make sure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend this professional and polite company.

Updated camera system The work was completed in one day very satisfied with the job.The technician was neat and taught me how to work the complete system I’ve worked with pre-lock for almost 30 years and know I can work with them for many more years to come.
