Arnold did an outstanding job on my sprinklers. My system had been installed a long time ago and did not seem very efficient for my current landscape. I called them and asked to replace the sprinklers with drip tubing. When he came out and assessed, he offered me a much simpler solution. He advised me that simply rerouting the sprinklers would be sufficient. This suggestion literally saved me thousands of dollars. I was so impressed with his honesty. Most companies try to sell you more. Arnold advises whats best and most cost saving for you. Moreover, I noticed when he spoke he was quite scientific in his explanation. Turns out hes an irrigation engineer!! It was so obvious this guy knew his stuff. I highly recommend this company. I have absolutely no doubt anyone would be satisfied with his work. One last thing, when he says hes coming, he comes on time. Bonus!!

I had a problem with my potlights going on and off and a non functioning switch in the basement. Aleks was the first to respond for a service request and very clear in his communication. I hired him initially from 3 other people who responded because he didn't say change everything right of the bat. He actually made an effort to come and diagnose the problem, so it was obvious how honest he was and didn't just want to sell me something i didn't need. When he came, he was obviously so knowledgeable and efficient. He also identified the problem in my basement despite the fact that it had been done so badly previously but he persevered until he completed it. Eventually he did recommend changing my potlights because it became apparent that they were at the end of their lifespan and if i do change them I am definitely going with him. The only reason i took off one star, is because we had some scheduling issues. And being a busy professional and single parent, it was hard to lose time waiting for two hours beyond the agreed time. Regardless, I would have absolutely no problem recommending him to anyone. Thank you Aleks.
