We are first time homebuyers and were not really sure what to expect from our Home Inspection. We hired James Manfron from Frontline Home Inspections on recommendation from my dear fried Garry to go through it for us and he was great! He was very thorough with the inspection and at the same time was also friendly and patient when we asked lots of questions. He took full three hours to go right from the basement till the attic and even on the roof. He did a great job pointing out problems and explained ways for us to deal with them. He was also a great in explaining us the important parts of caring for our home and keeping it safe. The report he gave us was extensive and we will certainly use it down the road.
