I had my garage door replace by home depot. The staff were very helpful and patient with us as we customized our selection from the samples and pamphlets at the store. The quote we received was significantly less than our first estimate from a private company that dealt with the exact same product. The timing was a bit more than usual but that was due to some extra costs the installer said they would have to charge due to some drywall that had to be trimmed away for the new brackets. Home Depot picked up this extra cost without even bothering to ask us, a pleasant surprise. The installation went well and the new door looks and operates great. Thank you Home Depot for a job well done. I would certainly recommend this company.

I just bought door locks for my front door, back door, and garage door. The front door had a bolt lock that needed to be keyed to match the other two sets of door handles and bolt locks. I arrived at the store without an appointment with the door lock set in hand with one of the other sets and keys. The gentleman at the counter acknowledged me immediately fill my request rekeying the locks on the door handle and making 6 new keys. The whole process took about 15 - 20 minutes. We had a look around their fabulous showroom while they were doing the work. I was expecting a bill I received for the service was half of what I was expecting. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and as the name says... Affordable! I would certainly recommend this company for all your locksmith needs.

We heavily researched the top five window and door companies on HomeStars and Supreme Windows impressed us the most. Our priorities were a good product, experienced installers, good service and of course price. Supreme Windows came out on top in every category. Supreme’s location was easy to find and their showroom was impressive. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) and she immediately established our needs and gave us a tour of the showroom. We were then introduced to our salesperson Les. Les was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Being an installer in a previous role with the company, he was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our project concerns. He was able to put together a preliminary estimate for us using pictures and rough measurements we provided. After a visit to the house, Les was then able to provide a more exact estimate which came almost to the penny of his rough estimation. A down payment was made and the project was started almost exactly when Les predicted. We were impressed with the installation team. In spite of the November weather, everything went smoothly. The house was left as clean as it was before the project started. One piece of moulding had to be custom made and was installed by another technician a few days later (understandable). Heather at Supreme Windows looked after this phase of the project. She was very helpful in seeing the finishing touches took place as quickly as possible. Heather kept us well informed through all stages. From beginning to end, everyone we encountered at Supreme Windows was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We were especially impressed with Les. We put all our trust in Supreme Windows and they came through with flying colours. We would highly recommend this company.
