First of all, thanks to Max for his superior customer service skills and attention to the company's motto. It was 5 minutes early as stated by the company promised and he was right on the money. A well presented young man who came prepared to educate his clients. Good job Max. Was very pleased that he had brought a sample that we could physically touch and Max's delivery of the product was understandable, thorough and convincing all without any pressure which made the feeling of confidence that we could be dealing with the company of our choice. Good job. I did my Research, followed the recommendations of government officials to get up to 3 estimates. It was a good way to increase my wife and I's confidence with whom was to be contracted to. replace our windows. The competition is very stiff for window replacement but all the reviews helped us chose 3 popular and supposedly reputable companies. Many dropped out of contention quickly due to the low ratings and all the right ups and BBB investigations. WATCH OUT for all of them. Make sure they are insured, bonded etc which Canadian Choice provided. Max and Canadian Choice quickly came to the top of the list and the call was made to sit down and crunch some numbers and come to an agreeable amount very comfortably. Excellent job in informing us about financial options which we have taken advantage of. Once again, great job Max. Thank you. Max organized the team lead to come by and get measurements. Eugene, an experienced and very knowledgeable person took all the measurements and after a short query about his experience I/we felt satisfied we had agreed to do the windows with the right company. Canadian Choice. One of the hardest parts to deal with was the wait to have our windows made as it was more the excitement of the changes which was to occur because of the improvement. Check in every so often with the company and feel them out to hear the reaction of your inquiry. Each time the result was a friendly answer of progress and to be patient and reassuring us the windows were, going to be replaced THIS YEAR. Fantastic!! I got a call and a day was selected to be at the residence and get all the windows done in 1 day. The universe was on everyone's side as the weather for mid November was fantastic!! Eugine and his crew quickly demonstrated their skills and experience in getting the job done quickly, properly, efficiently. I was here the whole time and although not a window installation technician, it wasn't hard to see the professionalism that went into the installation. Only a team of 3 but worked like a team of more. Even the cutting out of the concrete for the egress went forward with attention to detail and excellence. SUPER IMPRESSED with the coordination. I could go on for a long time with the job but to sum it up, very very impressed the job got all done in 1 day. Now everyone WANTS perfection with every job they pay good money for its rare to get it. Only a very few mix ups with the order but all acceptable in light of the project. It was nothing to lose our heads over. Close to the end of the daylight and the job ending guess who showed up? Max, what an awesome way to compliment the project, the contract and the client satisfaction. 5 STARS alone for you Max. I was very impressed with him showing up. To sum up my review, I would highly recommend Canadian Choice for anyone's window project. Max was a wonderful young man to deal with throughout the whole process and if all the reps are like him, every contract should be a success. We are enjoying sitting in our front room now without our furnace always kicking in and still feeling cold. They all look great and have made a huge difference. Thank you Canadian Choice. Very pleased to see that they showed up on time and were ready to go almost immediately. Loved the fact that the movers didn't dog it and take there sweet time to time get a game plan in place and followed through very efficiently. Took very good care of our belongings, never complained about a thing. In fact, they walked a love seat to the garbage bin for me after moving it from the basement probably 40-50 yards after deciding it wasn't worth moving it. Not super talkative but that was ok too. Maybe they were new but I would have liked to see a company logo on the truck as we as being in the uniforms that the OO Movers that the service was booked through as promoting that their movers were different. Another thing I would have liked to see on the movers were safety foot wear instead of dress type shoes. Oh, and some back belts for lifting. Nobody is invincible.
