I called Pacific and spoke with Ellen and described what I was looking for in a kitchen granite. She nailed it and emailed me a picture of the perfect one. Ellen is so patient and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure to deal with her. We had another granite company install our bathrooms and had struggles with the installation so I was nervous about this one. The granite we chose was an exotic and was tricky to work with so I was concerned about how it was going to go. The guys who installed it were exceptional! They and their equipment truck were prepared for any problems that might occur. None did and the seams were smooth I still rub my fingers over them in amazement! The entire staff provide great service and Pacific would be the first granite company I would recommend. It was a pleasure dealing with Ellen and the crew. And as luck would have it we had run short of the granite that we had previously chosen from a supplier for our fireplace. Pacific had a perfectly matching remnant that solved all of our problems! So a great big thank you to Ellen and the staff at Pacific. The Saturnia looks gorgeous in the kitchen and we couldn't be happier!
