Max promptly returned my call & came to service our furnace the next day. Due to his extensive knowledge, we learned more about the workings of our current furnace & how to address future issues, including ways to improve our air quality. We highly recommend this company & especially Max for his professionalism, great communications & reasonable prices.

Our tree had a large broken branch, hanging dangerously 40’ above my neighbor’s deck. Rick, from the office, responded to this HUGE SAFETY ISSUE with a phone call, & within a short period of time Peter the owner arrived to assess the situation. We were so impressed with Peter’s commitment to safety, his honesty & knowledge. He patiently answered our questions; while educating us about our aging Sugar Maples. We hired him on the spot! Next morning Henry and his crew arrived. They worked in perfect synchronization. Henry removed both our maples dead limbs, carefully lowering the branches to the ground while the rest of his team carried them to the chopper machine & spotlessly cleaned up both of our yards. As Henry was leaving we verbalized our inability to trim the top of our overgrown Juniper and within minutes Henry completed this task at no additional cost. A big THANK YOU to Peter, Henry and the entire team of Rooted Tree Services for coming to our aid within 24 hours from initial contact to work completed. “All the cards just fell in place” as per Rick’s words in summing up this fantastic service! Peter went out of his way to make this all happen because this hanger branch was a safety issue. We highly recommend these expert arborists to all our neighbors, friends and family and will without doubt be using them again.

We were tremendously pleased with the terrific service from ‘Rid of it’ from the time they were called to when they left with lots of junk from an estate house we are dealing with!! We love our beautiful new cedar deck and so do all our friends and neighbors! After interviewing 5 contractors, we choose Craig Cook’s Contracting for the project. Craig listened to what we wanted and how the space was to be used and answered our numerous design questions regarding our deck and was always respectful of our budget. During the rebuild Craig provided many suggestions to further enhance the appearance of our deck and consulted with us offering choices regarding different design and finishing components. The end result was a professionally finished high quality cedar deck with great attention to detail and carpentry. Craig completed our project in the expected time frame and was a very friendly, highly motivated, hard working individual with a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic. Would we hire Craig Cook’s Contracting Company again to build our deck or recommended him to our friends……..a definite YES!!!
