Let's get this straight; there aren't many options for hot tub repair in Ottawa. That's the reality. Scott wasn't just great regarding his customer service skills but he is very knowledgable in what he does... He went the extra mile when he installed my pump... The new one was leaking and instead of leaving and coming back on another day... He took it apart and fixed it on the spot. Something not many will do. On top of everything...
