The City Of Vaughan wanted permits for the Sunroom and deck which came with the house 21 years ago. Permits was never taken out. I called Hamid from Elmid Design and he was very profressional and made the headache go away. He took care of the project, and worked with the city to produce the 2 permits. The inspector asked for a final review and Hamid came through. We highly recommend Elmid Design, thanks again Hamid!
