From day one this company was great. my call was returned immdiately and the work was done within a week. The crew arrived at the time they said they would....they cleaned all of my windows, eaves and skylights. My home is surrounded by a lot of trees, so it was a big job. Larkin and his partner were very friendly and courteous. They even noticed a leak in one of my vents and sealed it for me at no extra charge. They are also very tidy and took away the bags with the guck from the eaves. I even recieved a follow up phone call to ensure I was happy with the work done. This company goes the exta mile. I will use them every spring and highly recommend them.

My complaint with this company is not with the work done, but the after serbice. This company put a new roof on our home about 5 years ago. Recently while doing a renovation in the upstairs bathroom we noticed a leak. It is causing damage in the ceiling. We called this company (a company we referred 3 other people to, who used them) and asked them to please take a look. We were willing to pay them to come out, we just needed the problem fixed. Several times they said they would come by and did not. We are still chasing them 6 WEEKS later. They are not giving us the time of day. So when choosing a roofing company, my advice is to enquire about their after service. ****Since I posted this review, They came back and fixed the problem with no charge.

these guys responeded quickly. The arrived at the time they promised. The work was done quickly, efficiently and guarenteed. They also were friendly and gave advice. I have used them twice, once for a racoon and the second time for carpenter bee, ant and spiders. I highly recommend this company. :)
