The job started on time, completed on time and they took all old renovation material (flooring/carpet) with them while leaving. While working they were respectful to the new High end floors and kept laying down cardboard for protection as they continued to work. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and I’ve already recommended Makal Flooring to friends and family.

I Never received my keypad, gateway or 2 remote keys that I have paid for and this had been going on since October 3rd maybe longer. Over 3 months is uncalled for. Never use this company. Very slow and unprofessional. I’ll be taking further steps to retrieve my products I’ve paid for.
