Pat was very personable and professional. He showed up on time for our appointment and was able to price the job out on the spot. His quote was in the middle compared to others I received. He made some great recommendations which I accepted as he seemed very knowledgeable and honest. He started and completed the job on the day he promised. Part of the job required the removal of an old style leaf guard system. Pat called me at work on the day his crew was working to advise that the old leaf guard is more work than expected and more difficult to remove. He did not ask for more money to remove it but indicated that some shingles will be ruined as a result. He knew someone that could do the work and he estimated it would cost about $450. It was prime roofing season and Pat was able to get his friend to do my small job within 2 days. When Pat came to collect the remainder of his payment he informed me that the roofing job was less than expected ($300). I think this was very honest of him. I would recommend Pat without hesitation to friends and family.

We needed radiators to heat the new rooms in the addition we built. Christain was the first person to provide us an estimate. I thought his price was high but it was comparable to the other estimates I received. Christain was the only one that could really explain what needed to be done and how he would complete the work. He also pointed out how our boiler was not piped correctly and that he would complete this work as well. We chose Christain because he seemed the most knowledgeable. He showed up on time to do the work. We however were not happy when he showed up with the wrong size radiators than what we ordered. It took a couple of weeks to receive the size we wanted and once they were delivered Christain returned promptly to install them.

Oris and his crew were true professionals. We built an addition and when it was time for the electrical, the electrician that I had lined up advised us that he could not do the work for 2 weeks. This would considerablly delay our project so I checked Homestars for a new contractor and found Hot Wire Electrica-all. When I called them and explained my situation they rearranged some of their jobs and were able to do my electrical within a week. All work was completed on time and on budget. They even took the time to educate me on my electrical panel. Thank you Oris and Crew!
