Cost is for floors for two homes + installation in one of them (+ baseboards and eavestrough in the latter). We did two renos in two homes with Canadian Flooring in Scarborough in the last few months. We bought floors for our Toronto home, and our contractor was very impressed with the quality for the price that we paid. When we moved to our new home in Peterborough, not only did we buy all our engineered hardwood floors, baseboards and crown moulding from them, but they also installed them for us. Quality of products are top notch at a fair price. This is a family-run flooring company, and it was a joy working with Cariena and her family. Cariena is the ultimate professional - she is efficient, responsive, and thorough, and she really made sure that our flooring needs were met. Even when there were a couple of hiccups that happened with the installation, Cariena and her dad made sure that they completed the installation and fixed what needed fixing. I cannot recommend them enough.
