Nice show room. When I had an issue, they promptly sent someone out to fix the problem. This was my first reno job and I felt that my salesman wasn't the most pleasant or helpful person. I really wish I would have been more vocal about my concerns regarding style and color from the beginning. The color was a lot lighter than the sample I picked out and I wouldn't have purchased the solid maple doors. My house is old and small and really didn't warrant top-of-the-line more expensive cabinets.. The installers were good though.

I had my bathroom vanity refaced as it was old. The installer was a couple hours late with no apologies and he forgot his extension cords, and doorknobs. It would have been good if it was just a small job but not reface a whole kitchen because the inside of the cupboards were different colours then the outside and it looked cheap. They also didn't clean up afterwards. I wasn't overly impressed.

I make a trip to Ikea everytime I come to Vancouver from Kelowna. I find that they have the most innovative, creative ideas for everyday living. I often purchase products like cheese graters, bag clips etc. from them because nobody else has anything like it. The products also withstand the tests of time. Absolutely love IKEA!! The Coquitlam store even has great parking.
