We hired VAAR Exteriors to install siding, soffits, fascia on our garage. We noticed the wrong colour being installed but Vee, the owner, was quick to fix it once we contacted him. Project was still completed on time.
I was surprised that all the garbage was left, including the extra waste created from their colour error. Since they provided materials, I assumed they would also take the excess, as this is what other contractors usually do. We contacted Vee, and were told this isnt included, but he can do it for an additional fee.
This is where our experience became very negative. Vee was rude, argumentative, swore at my husband and even called him names. Very unprofessional and unnecessary, and ruined the whole experience with this company. Vee has also threatened to sue us if we left a negative review.
The next day Vee came to pick up payment, and one of his guys did come to remove majority of garbage. We were still left with cigarette butts/carton, pop cans & coffee cups but an improvement regardless. We are satisfied with the job itself, but the owners conduct was aggressive, unprofessional and offensive, and therefore I would not recommend this company.
