We had purchased Hunter Douglas blinds from WFD a few years back. We had a small issue with 2 of our blinds - we called WFD to explain what happened. Within days they were here to take down the blinds and send them to the manufacturer on our behalf as they were covered under warranty. We received exceptional service and didnt have to wait long. We really appreciated the attention and the timely manner in which everything was dealt with.

We were very impressed with the selection of window coverings - and Alon took the time to go through the pros and cons of each. Alon was patient and provided excellent service.
