Replaced heating element and promised warranty for one year. Six months later I phoned as the dryer wasn't working again they never answered my call - it was always on voicemail, never a person. Do not waste your money!

It was well worth getting these two rooms done for the price, however the quality was not high (only one coat, you could see bare spots on the walls, the walls were not completely painted up to the trim). I had to patch up the bare spots and just learn to live with the trim.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my decades of owning a home. The defective humidifier they installed flooded my basements. They came by the next day and fixed it, but I was left with major flood damage - they only paid for cleaning a few Persian rugs, but would not pay for the ruined rugs and other possessions, nor cleaning. I tried to contact them for years afterwards (this was 2001) and they just never returned my calls/letters. DO NOT use them!

This customer had existing water damage and the minor water leak as result of defective manufacturers fitting did leak onto one area rug which was cleaned however did not lead to nor was the cause of any other pre-existing conditions at this site as alleged.

For some reason, the "owner" or manager accompanied the technician on the visit. The technician got me alone and said he'd put in an extra part if I gave him cash, but not to tell the boss. Stupid me, I did it. The repair didn't last and I had to get another company to redo the work. Oh, for an honest repair company!!
