We haven't cleaned our ducts in over 7 years and I expected to have some dirt in there, especially that we have a dog, but what was in our ducts is beyond imagination (as you can see in the before and after pics). The Duct Cleaning Masters team did a wonderful job. They were very professional. They arrived on time, even called 40 minutes ahead to let me know their time of arrival, explained what was to be done, carefully took care of every vent (we have 20) and cleaned up if any dirt happened around each area they worked. They are very polite and thorough. They cleaned the furnace and air conditioning coil (they were dirty and coated with a fine film of dust - now spotless) and then they put a disinfectant fog through the clean ducts. They used Benefect Botanical Disinfectant, a natural thyme oil based sanitizer that is powerful and safe - I read the label. I am very sensitive to smells and chemicals, but this was acceptable to me, and the smell went away within an hour or so. We'll hire the Duct Cleaning Masters again next time, for sure.

Oh, and I'd like to mention that I am very pleased with the work your staff is doing at our house. They attend to every detail and leave my house spick-and-span every week. Thank you.
