Originally booked Aug 13, 2010 to show within 2 weeks. They never showed and I had to call. They apologized and finally came out 1 month later after 2 week deadline but said they can't spray 'cuz the leaves fell off. (If they came the first time, this wouldn't have been a problem). Spring 2011 they said they would come but needed pre-payment. Two weeks later they cancelled saying they are going Green, but have no Green substitute for this fungicide. Not happy at all.
