I had a terrible experience with this company for my Christmas light installation. Last year, the lights were poorly installed, and I was left disappointed with the quality of their work. This year, they sent me a new quote that seems unusually high, even though Im providing all the materials myself. When I called to discuss the price, the woman at the front desk, Tracey, was extremely rude. She refused to listen to my concerns and continually tried to justify the inflated price without actually addressing my questions. It felt like she was more interested in pushing me to accept the quote than in understanding my perspective as a customer. I also got the impression that the owner of the company is dismissive of customer concerns, which adds to my frustration. Their lack of consideration for safety and customer satisfaction is concerning, especially for a service that involves working with electrical installations. Im very disappointed with their customer service and will be hiring a different company for my lights this year.
