I had a new heat pump installed by another company. It did not work and they said they couldn't do anything. I called Premi-Air and spoke to Bob about my problem. He was very understanding and sent Mitch out who solved the problem quickly. Mitch was wonderful. I highly recommend this company and I will only use them in the future.

Cheryl, you are very kind to acknowledge Mitch who we are so very proud of. Mitch joined our company as an entry level employee and is an incredible overachiever. His calm, focused and positive attitude coupled with his smarts and charm makes for an incredible diagnostician. We trained him in troubleshooting and problem solving and he thinks out of the box to find the best solution to any problem he encounters. We are very proud of Mitch's achievements and what he has learned from our company.
