I had a door installed by Page's Home Imrpvement. The door was a french door with side light. It leaked from the day it was installed into the adjacent room. I had Brian come back and look at it....he spent a few minute caulking around the door. The door continued to leak from that day. I paid $1000 for the door separately from his bill for installation and it is now ruined because of the poor installation. Lowe's will not warranty the product because the installation was so bad. Underneath the door there are huge gaps where the water is seeping in which has ruined the flooring. The steps that were installed were temporary (but were created to be added on to and completed in the spring). The intention was to use the stair created and just complete. Carpenters have looked at the job and have stated the stairs are much too narrow to meet code and would not even be able to be used for the completion of the project. I have called and emailed Brian at Page's Home Improvement and he will not return phone calls or emails. I have put in over $2000 into this project and it is going to cost me approximately $2300 for a new door and reinstallation, $1000 for the new set of stairs and $700 for new flooring. A $2000 project will have cost be a total of $6000 in the end......very very upsetting.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,100.00
