The experience with Brock is horrible. I wrote about the bad experience with my windows installation (approx 20 windows) started early June 2017. It's been a year, all windows were installed, but the job is still not finished. Window trims are still not done right in one of the room. Despite I was contacted by Brock Customer Relationship Manager last November, I'm not aware of follow through within the company to get the job done. I had to continue to initiate calls to chase after Brock service team and my Sales rep. Two main problems: 1) The install crew took a chuck out of my bathroom marble counter top and damaged my vanity when they install the window trim. I had to find people myself to replace and paid for the damaged counter top and Brock still has to pay me back. 2) Custom wood trim was installed OK in one room, but have problem with another room with similar layout. An decision was reached among myself, sale rep and service to reorder and install the custom wood trim in this one room. Despite the agreement, Brock single handed decide to change the decision to use MDF without any communication to me. Brock showed up to finish the install (2 months after our agreement) and told me MDF is the only solution. That's not acceptable as custom wood trim was installed fine in another room. Trying to get all this sorted out with Brock. Not a happy customer. I know who I will not use to do my doors.

We are very happy with the 2 brand new counter top (one in quartz and one in granite) recently installed in our bathrooms by Miracle Marble. The job was done on time with quality and professionally. Their recommendation on the quartz and granite goes well with everything in the bathrooms. Our counter top is not straight forward and need to be cut to fit around the window trim at one end. Before the install, a digital measurement was done and a sketch to fit the trim was digitalized. Then the quartz counter was cut to measure which was a perfect fit along the window trim..... Very happy with the job well done. Highly recommend Miracle Marble to others. Louis.

I'm in Toronto GTA area. I placed the order in early April, windows installed in early June. One window does not fit, one window broken during install & window trim material was not what we were sold (mdf instead of wood). Trim has to be re-ordered. I was told they would be ready and re-installed in 3-4 weeks time, We are now in October, despite weekly call to the sales rep, I was informed week after week it would be done the week after. Sales person kept telling me the installer will call to set the time, still nobody calls. Entire summer, my windows does not have trim with insulation exposed and broken window taped, every body visited my home were not impressed with Brock's service. Renovations lined up after the windows are now all delayed. Not a happy customer :( ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nov 14 update, after talking to Steavi, I finally got the crew to come in a month a ago. Unfortunately, they came without the windows and things took a wrong turn to worst. Still trying to get things settled with the company. Stay tuned.
