Windows install started 1 year ago still not finished
The experience with Brock is horrible. I wrote about the bad experience with my windows installation (approx 20 windows) started early June 2017. It's been a year, all windows were installed, but the job is still not finished. Window trims are still not done right in one of the room. Despite I was contacted by Brock Customer Relationship Manager last November, I'm not aware of follow through within the company to get the job done. I had to continue to initiate calls to chase after Brock service team and my Sales rep. Two main problems: 1) The install crew took a chuck out of my bathroom marble counter top and damaged my vanity when they install the window trim. I had to find people myself to replace and paid for the damaged counter top and Brock still has to pay me back. 2) Custom wood trim was installed OK in one room, but have problem with another room with similar layout. An decision was reached among myself, sale rep and service to reorder and install the custom wood trim in this one room. Despite the agreement, Brock single handed decide to change the decision to use MDF without any communication to me. Brock showed up to finish the install (2 months after our agreement) and told me MDF is the only solution. That's not acceptable as custom wood trim was installed fine in another room. Trying to get all this sorted out with Brock. Not a happy customer. I know who I will not use to do my doors.
