Very friendly and helpful! This was the second company we had visited and while they had the granite we wanted it was a bit of a different coloring which we didn't like. They were quick to suggest we go to their suppliers to look at more slabs. We visited two suppliers and found the exact coloring we wanted. The templating was excellent and when the actual granite was installed it matched up perfectly to what was measured and discussed during templating. Both ourselves and our general contractor were impressed with the accuracy and quality of the end product. The granite looks fabulous and everyone at The Granite Guys was a pleasure to deal with. MAXgreen had a competitive quote and an obvious commitment to customer service. Adam answered all our initial questions and quickly provided a detailed quote. Upon final measurements we ran into a couple of snags and had to consider alternatives which were clearly explained by Adam. Jim and his crew did a fantastic job installing the windows and doors, working with our schedule and clearly communicating the plan for the job. Jim provided daily updates of what work had been completed, what issues were encountered, and what was going to happen the next day. Some rot was discovered and Jim made time to show us the damage, explain the work required to repair, and quickly got to work completing the repair along with the window installation. The crew cleaned up the job site (inside and out) on a daily basis. We are very happy with our new windows and doors and even more impressed with the professional, courteous, friendly service and attention to detail that we received from MAXgreen.
