Wow! What an amazing company from start to finish!! We had several quotes done for replacement of all our windows & doors in our 30 year old house and we were by far the most impressed with Lux. Our salesperson, Suzanne was fantastic. A true professional who took the time to explain every detail and really gave us a thorough education on windows & doors! It's so refreshing to deal with a salesperson who is not only highly knowledgeable & experienced but isn't pushy & overbearing whatsoever. We felt 100% comfortable in choosing Lux based on our experience with Suzanne & the estimate was more than fair. Our install crew was awesome!! Install was when promised and the guys were so friendly and cleaned up every little thing! They were so hardworking and took the time & care to pay attention to the details which I so appreciate.
