They are a real JOKE of a company ...Used to be another owner which was fantastic but now with the new owner Sylvain it's terrible and the service is really BAD. I had them come and install a new Shower/tub faucet and while they were drilling they pierced my copper pipe and replaced it with a rubber piping (which I thought at the time was no big deal) but when my shower was not working properly (leaking from both the shower head and spout) I called "Budget drain" back to be told that my Moen faucet must be defective and to return it. I then called Moen and they advised me that there MUST be a metal pipe between the valve and spout which "Budget drain" pierced and replaced by a rubbr pipe ! Well to my surprise I dismantled and returned my faucet for nothing !! I called back Budget drain to let them know and the owner had no idea what I was talking about and still persisted that it was Moen when it clearly states this in black & white in their manual !! I spoke to the owner Sylvain several times and he told me that he would come back and change back the pipe that they originally broke BUT he has been giving us the run around for 1 week and has NEVER come back ! I literally threw $180 out the window and still no shower and he NEVER gave me a bill (in which I should have insisted) But I will be reporting him to the OPC...... Good luck Budget drain .. YOU SUCK !!! How can anyone TRUST this company ...Horrible :-( If anyone wants more info - do not hesitate contacting me.
