From the moment I placed a call to inquire about the installation of a generator at my home, I was impressed. Steve fit me quickly, around my schedule and explained the options I had with this type of installation. There was no pressure to choose a partial or whole home installation. He sent the quotes to me immediately with a full explanation as to the work that would be done. Stephanie, the mastermind behind the scenes, arranged scheduling of all the necessary technicians around my schedule, fitting me in quickly before I left for holidays. She kept me informed of all the work that would be performed and answered any questions that I had. Steve, the electrical contractor was definitely an expert in his field. He managed to manoeuvre the connection from the generator on one side of my house into the garage. He cleaned up after the work was done and placed everything back in its original place. The gas fitters were polite and efficient and explained all the work that they were doing as they moved through the process. Aka in all, this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering installing a generator. You will not be disappointed in the gold star treatment you’ll receive. Heather Green
