Their price was very competitive, they finished early, and seemed honest at every step of the way. They fully complied with government regulation and gave us 100% peace of mind that the house is safe and asbestos free. Once you find a company that really comes through, you know that you will never look elsewhere. Although we will likely never have a need for their services again due to the nature of the remediation, we will be quick to recommend them to family and friends.

I found Emerald here through Homestars and decided to try them out. Their price was fair & market rate, the office was easy to communicate with, and I got a written quote in advance which was no different from the final charge. Movers are notorious, but the 3 men who came out were clean-cut, polite and sociable. More importantly, they were on time and were very careful with our belongings. The only damage was mild scratches to the backside of our leather sofa, but the challenge was getting it up the stairs into the second floor of a 100 year old house, so we can't really complain. I have recommended them many times since and will call nobody else next time we move.
